杨传玺，男，1989年4月生，中共党员，工学博士，讲师。2025年6月毕业于青岛理工大学环境与市政工程学院，现任职于潍坊科技学院化工与环境学院。主要研究方向包括：环境功能材料研发与水处理技术、新污染物环境暴露与健康效应、区域环境质量评价与可持续发展等。发表学术论文70余篇，申请/授权专利20余项，入选“2024中国知网高被引学者TOP5%”榜单，荣获国家级/省市级创新创业学科竞赛奖励20余项，担任当代化工研究期刊编委、Eco-Environment & Health期刊青年预备编委（2026年）、Journal of Hazardous Materials等期刊审稿人、中国化学会等学会会员。
